Delivery and returns

Delivery

Online orders can only be placed for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you live outside the UK, we can give you a quotation for delivery to your country if you email hello@friendsofparkhill.org with details of the products you wish to order and your shipping address.

We have a standard delivery charge of £1.50 for orders under £5.00.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of receipt. Some of our products are printed to order, with longer lead times. The manufacturer may send these products directly to you. 

We will email you when we dispatch your order. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail and can take up to five working days to arrive. Please wait at least seven working days before reporting non-delivery to us.

Damage and other issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@friendsofparkhill.org if any part of it is damaged, missing, or incorrect so that we can investigate and resolve the problem for you.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return for all or part of it. Returned items must be in new condition, with labels and packaging intact, and exactly as you received them.

Before you return any items to us, you must request a return authorisation by emailing hello@friendsofparkhill.org with details of your order and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will send you a return number and details of where you should send your return. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and should obtain proof of postage.

We will email you when we receive your return and let you know if it is approved. We will refund approved returns to the card you used to pay for your order within 14 days. Where you have returned your entire order, we will refund any delivery charges you paid for your original order.

Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
